Meet Max
I am going to start right off with the 3 c’s of canine sociability, I am good with canines, children, and cats. Or the 4 c’s in my case, I am adding cuddles. I am a collector of cuddles. I have collected 53 types of cuddles so far: people cuddles, warm cuddles, kissy cuddles, fluffy cuddles, couch cuddles and I am aiming for that pièce de ré·sis·tance the “I can’t feel my arm and I need to peeeee, but I am not getting up because Max looks so dern comfy” cuddle.
That’s right, I am a typical German Shepherd, a big love bug, but will totally BARK when the doorbell rings or someone is at the door, because gosh dern it, that’s my job. I am about 60 pounds and 5 years old if you check my shelter record, but Foster Mom says I seem younger to her.
I am loving being fostered. I am house and crate trained. I also love to play with ball here. I will admit, I am not top notch at the whole “Bring it back” part, but still have a good time with it. I love everything about having fun and playing. About the only thing I do not enjoy is thunderstorms. Oh wait, I also do not enjoy heartworms, but tested low positive, so I have started treatment and the Rescue Lady can discuss more.
