Hello friends. One of the Volunteers refers to me as the Red Headed Stranger and she’s says there is a singer man named after me and y’all will get the rufference.
I am indeed a handsome tall drink of something other than plain water for sure. My handsome sleek bod and sable coat make Mister AI say I’m more Belgian Malinois than GSD, but I’ll let the real human intelligence decide.
I am super playful and very much enjoy to play with other dogs. I haven’t shown much ball drive yet but that might come with time. I am usually more interested in playing with canine pals than inanimate objects.
As many dogs here at the Foster House, and really most dogs world wide, I am very food motivated. I came in underweight, but eating as if I’m doing a hotdog competition and winning!
I am not just a Food Champion, I’m also a Chompion and in my down time, I chew on the hard stuff! Such as cow hooves, nylabones, hard bones, etc.
I do have heartworms and they are doing the slower treatment because the quicker treatment requires crate rest and getting me to rest would pent up too much energy. You could always discuss options but I’m doing well on the slower method.
What else? Oh, my best friend is Pattie with an “ie”. We run and play ALOT, so if you need two dogs, get her too. Or if you already have a fun dog at home, I’d enjoy joining them. I play well with boy dogs and girl dogs. But a girl just happens to be my bestie.
So if you are looking for a red headed best friend named Willie. I’m right here to be the remedy for all your blue eyes crying in the rain or whatever rufference!
