Meet Silas:
Hello friends. At the City of San Antonio shelter they called me Mister Sandman, which had a faint whiff of terrible irony, that my sand clock was running out and I was almost put to sleep. Eeeek! So I go by the name Silas now.
I am overall very sweet. I do get along with several dogs and a cat, so I am good with dogs, cats and probably fine with kids, but there are no kids at my Foster House to test.
I’m a water boy and would rather swim than walk. Kind of oppawsite of that red headed chick Ariel’s problem, I’d love to have fins or flippers. But when I do walk, I’m good on a leash.
Although I know not to chase cats, I do enjoy giving a chase to other creatures such as squirrels and lizards. Hey Mister Lizard, I just want to know more about your car insurance! I swear.
Nowhere in my bio notes did anyone mention how incredibly good looking I am, but maybe some things are so obvious they don’t need to be noted.
I’ve got it all. Looks, temperament, playful nature, snuggle ability, food and treat motivated, athletic, and energetic.
