Quick Stats:
Meet Sequoia
My name is Sequoia. Not sure if I am named after the very tall sturdy majestick tree or the versatile SUV. Either way, I am in good company because I am beautiful and people will want to look at me. I have not one, but two beauty marks flanking my smile.
I do have to ask this though. Are you scared of anything? Have any phobias? What about spiders. I hear some humans are scared of spiders. Even have a really big word for it called Arachnophobia.
Seems silly to be scared of something that can easily be squooshed by your boot. Why not be scared of something actually scary. Fur instance. Boom boom sounds coming from the sky. Thunder. Yep, now that is something to actually be fearful of.
Foster Mom hasn't had me through a firework holiday yet, but likely to say any sky booms are going to scare the pants off me, even though I don't even wear pants. So number one things is a human that doesn't mind dealing with thunderstorm anxiety and knows how to secure me in my crate and keep me safe during those times.
I can be an escape artist so this will be a main point of discussion with my new family. I would do best in a home where there is another dog to help with comfort when you are gone. Or a person who works from home would be really cool too.
When it isn't thundering, which, let's be honest, how often does it rain in Texas? When it isn't thundering, I enjoy playing with other dogs and balls. I am house trained and crate trained. I REALLLLLY enjoy being next to my person. Do you want to be my person?
