Meet Ruther
Have you ever googled the meaning of your name for fun? Whelp, mine means to loot or plunder. I have never looted or plundered, at least I don’t think I have. Heckin, who even knows what that means? I am going to tell people it is short for Rutherford. Yes, that sounds very dapper.
I was rescued from a shelter where they had me listed as 5 years old, but Foster Mom and everyone else that has given me the once over thinks I am closer to 2 or 3 years old. I weigh around 65 pounds. I am potty and house trained. We all are here, it is a foundational level training once you get into foster care.
I do act closer to a young buck than a middle aged fellow, as I am quite playful and mouthy but in a well meaning way. Due to this factor, I will be best with children that are quite sturdy so they don’t get knocked down or occasionally nibbled. Again, in a fun loving affectionate manner.
I do thank the photographer for taking all these great shots of me. I think he got my good side, but honestly heckin all my sides are pretty good tbh. It was fund to pose and get fluffed up to show off my good sides.
Now that I am out of the shelter and searching for a new home I do have a few demands. In addition to the obvious new home, I wish for 3 pound of deli meat sliced on number 4, one fuzzy lavender slipper pre-worn preferabley, and one of those Martha Steward and Snoop cook books.
