Meet Mia
What a coincidence that I’m a German Shepherd being fostered in Shepherd, Texas. Cool! I don’t think there is a Labrador Texas or a Frenchbull Texas is there?? So Shepherds must be pretty special to get an entire town named after us.
I am great with children and other dogs. My Foster Family has a brand new puppy and I play great with the small puppy and other dogs.
At the shelter I was very scared. I am still very nervous around man people and it takes a little bit for me to get use to them and trust them. But I will get used to man people if they are nice to me.
I am crate trained and house trained. I need work with walking on the leash. So it’s best if you have a fun yard where I can gallop fast and use up my hyper.
I know basic commands such as sit, bed, outside,inside, and of course no business. And Foster Mom says all dogs need a middle name. So when I hears Mia Rae, that middle name addition means I’m doing something I ain’t supposed to do.
But my middle name is used sparingly because, I mind very well and ENJOY to play and be a good girl. There isn’t a toy I don’t find fascinating. Foster Mom constantly finds my outdoor collection of toys bowls etc. I take my indoor stuff outside for fun times.
I am a hungry house guest and have been known allegedly maybe perhaps to be a counter surfer, which of course, is a euphemism for food robber! If there is any type of food out I will eat it, so it’s safe to say that I’m not picky lol.
I want a nice gentle but also actively fun home.
