Meet Mangey aka Manny
Yikes! My name. The lady at the shelter couldn’t believe someone named me this and thought Toby might be a better name. Sleepy, Sneezy, Dopey, Doc, Mister Jinglehopper Smith. I mean c’mon humans. Lots of other names to choose. So these rescue people are calling me Manny.
I choose to be called Playful. Yes, I just adore to play with other dogs. That is what I live for other than food. Of course. You cannot survive on bread alone, you need play time too.
I’m very easily crated and haven’t had any accidents in the house. I am pretty good at coming when called. Usually. Unless I’m obsessed with playing and in a groove. But of course to get my treat, I do listen.
I might not be OK with cats because I have a very high squirrel and bunny drive, but you never know.
I sleep through the night in my crate and haven’t been afraid of the storms lately. When I was living on the streets bad weather was pretty normal.
My favorite playmate is Patty Cake. We would play for hours if Foster Mom let us.
And the shelter notes say I’m a good boy too.
