My name is Mae and I’m searching for a new forever home. I was so happy, but my human daddy passed away and human mom really couldn’t take care of me as she works really long hours so she reached out to rescues. So here I am taking applications for a new forever home. I really wasn’t around a lot of dogs that much before but I’m learning how to play with them now. I lived with a cat before and we got along fine so I might do OK with some cats but we would need to meet each other and find out.  I’m housebroken and crate trained but I’d prefer to not be crated much and I’ll prove to you that I can be trusted.  For such a little girl I have a really big dog bark. So if you wanted someone to be intimidated when they rang your doorbell I might be your girl! I’m actually kind of shy though but they won’t know that.

I’m learning to play with the other dogs and I’m working on my doggy manners as this is pretty new to me. I have nice house manners but I do sleep in my crate at night. I do take joint supplements; the vet didn’t really think I had hip dysplasia but recommended I stay on them. So if you would like me to come live with you please fill out an application!

Love, Mae
