Meet Lonni

Do you have a calendar? What’s on it? German Shepherds, cats wearing hats & spectacles, hedgehogs wearing sunglasses? If dogs designed calendars it would be food. February would be filet mignon, September would be steak and October would be bacon and November, bacon again, but this time wearing scarves.

I enjoy food. It’s my motivation to do anything. Can you relate! When I got to Foster Mom’s I was very underweight, but I’m at 55 pounds now, which is probably right around where I should be.

I also enjoy playing with other fun dogs. I have a best friend at Foster Mom’s her name is Avery, she’s fun to play with. Due to my fun nature and enjoying a good urge to chase fast stuff, I’m not a good choice for cats or smaller animals.

My Heartworm test came back positive, which although positive is a good word, when it comes to Heartworm that’s a bad word. Foster Mom can discuss my treatment plan with you.

I’m a very beautiful dog. Or so I’ve heard. I would enjoy to be adopted by someone with another fun playful dog. And also, I hope you have food and maybe a cupboards shelf full of tasty treats!
