Meet Lila
Greetings to you all. My name is Lila. I originated from the City of San Antonio Animal Care Services shelter. They don’t know too much about my history, because I actually cannot speak, this is pretend.
In my kennel at the shelter, I was calm and relaxed despite the barking and busy going on around me. I was kennelled with another girl dog that was very scared and timid. I took on a big sister role and she followed my cues. Even approached the volunteers because I showed her first that it was safe to do so.
At my Foster Home, I’m okay on a leash and show superior intelligence. I do bark at cats, so probably better in a feline free home. I also do bark at other dogs on occasion as well, and tend to be timid with dogs. So I’ll need a good and kind human to guide me through meetups.
I am very very very sweet with humans. Just a darling dog and if you’re a one pet household, I’d make an easier transition than a multiple pet home. I’be been through a lot in my first 3 years and I want the other 3/4 of my life to be raindrops on roses and whiskers on kittens, not litterally though, because bleh cats, but metaphorically speaking.
Can you please be my new Mom or Dad. Please.
