Meet Lady
Hi there. My name is Lady. The same name as that Cocker Spaniel in that movie where they nom nom nom a spaghetti noodle until they kiss. You know the one. Maybe we can reenact that scene at your house.
Speaking of food, I will do anything for a food. I do hope my new home has food! I was very scrawny when I came into the rescue. So now eating is my number one pawority.
I enjoy being outdoors and chasing critters. I even chase dragons away so they won’t get my Foster Mommy. Okay. Okay. That was a tall tail, they are dragonflies not real dragons.
Due to my enjoyment of running after anything that moves, Foster Mommy says no cats or small other pets such a rabbits, hamsters, crickets, tarantulas, or ribbits.
I am so smart. I already figured out how to open a lever door. And I’m still just a pup, imagine how much more will fit in my brain as it grows. So much! Will you teach me more?
I enjoy playing with my friends and being velcroed to my people, super loyal. I am crate trained and Foster Mommy hopes being stationary for awhile will help me keep putting on weight. I’m gangley and growing and needs lots of food! I don’t automatically go in my crate, but when I see the other dogs go in theirs, I mirror that and enjoy it once I’m in there.
I want a family that doesn’t mind that I get super excited when given attention and I’ll smother you in kisses. I want a family who will watch me sit in grass and spend time in the yard.
I am also very good in the car. I enjoy car rides. Plus, I was a good girl minding my behavior with vet staff. Foster Mommy says I’m a really good girl but any new home will need to give me space and time to decompress and transition to a new routine. And a few chicken nuggets wouldn’t hurt and would speed along the process. Okay, Foster Mommy didn’t say that last part about the nuggets. I did.
I am excited to meet you soon.
