 Meet Lady

Lady. Quite a simple and elegant name for a simple and elegant classic looking blonde with black saddle German Shepherd. But I have to admit when I hear the word “Lady” I immediately think of that spaghetti scene in Lady & The Tramp. Yum!

I am really into food and go right into my crate for a biscuit. But I’d go in there for a pile of spaghetti as well. I’m not choosy. If it’s food related.

I am a tad bit choosy when it comes to doggie friends though. I cancelled Mandy. That’s right. Mandy has been unfriended by yours truly. I’m not aggressive to other dogs, but for some reason unbeknownst to Foster Mom, me and Mandy just don’t mix. I have gotten along with all the other doggies here.

I am a very sweet and high energy girl. I join many other dogs here in the petite club, because I’m only about 50 pounds. A very portable size.

I am extremely smart. I am motivated by treats and walk pretty well on a leash. I am very attentive and want to please humans so I would do great with training.

I’m potty and crate trained. I’ve actually been out of the shelter for awhile, as I was first with a BARC shelter Foster before being transferred to this amazing rescue. But what would be more pawmazing, is if I was transfurred to you and make me part of your family!

I know how to use the pet door. I also spend time playing with toys and chewing on cow hooves,  filled bones, etc. I would enjoy a home with another nice dog, but Foster Mom says she also thinks I’d be fine as an only dog too.
