My name is Hogan but my foster mom calls me Hogie. I’m really glad I got to come live with her and my foster brothers and sisters for a while. My dad died and his relatives were unable to take me in so my foster mom rescued me from the shelter. I like it much better here. I get plenty of food to eat and have lots of friends to play with. I love to be in the house.  I’m OK being in the crate as long as I get plenty of playtime and I can be trusted out of the crate. Don’t tell my foster brothers and sisters but I think foster mom really likes me the best. She says I always look like I’m smiling and why wouldn’t I? I am so happy to be here.

But I know I can’t stay here forever so I’m taking applications for my very own forever home. I don’t know what heart worms are and they say I have them. My foster mom has already started me on slow kill treatment which she will give my new family all the meds and instructions for unless they want to do the quicker method. I love to run and play so I guess I’d rather stick to the one we’re doing now but that’s up to my new family. Anyway, if you would like me to be your new best friend please apply!

Love, Hogie
