Meet Freddie:
The name Freddie is reminiscent of burgers and shakes isn’t it? And guess what! I make a swell dinner partner.
I enjoy going to public eating joints and observing all the humans stuffing their faces with fries from France and pizza from Italy and chicken tenders from wherever they come from.
I’m just a good ole. Ole as in cool, not old as in elderly. I’m just a good ole boy wanting to see the world and experience life and all the smells and tastes it offers.
The humans say “Freddie is quite a character.” Yes folks, I’m here for your chagrins and chuckles. My Foster can send you a video of when I decided to go out the cat door. Don’t cats having a saying about if I fits, I sits, or go through it? Or something to that effect.
I am very food motivated and enjoy to chew hooves or hard things to chew on. I am very affectionate and loving, know how to use the pet door, dog sized of course.
I am middle aged, but that is average perfect age, with lots of good boy energy for activities and walks well on a leash.
I bond quickly and can be protective, but not overly. Very German Shepherdly in that aspect. I enjoy everything except thunderstorms or fireworks. I need to be mildly sedated and have a good chew toy to be fine during those.
I am OK with cats, but the cats at one Foster Home did not take to me for some reason. Foster Mom said they were just being little snots so we switched. You hear that cats, it’s you, not me.
I want to reemfursize how well mannered I am and you can take me to public places. I also enjoy to go for walks, but if I don’t get to go, I am OK, sort of, but always ready and willing. Please take me!
My current Foster Home is a safe one, but I don’t get many walks or opportunities to go places because Foster Mom has a lot of dogs, so please consider me as your new family member, road dawg, wing man, best friend.
