Meet Finn— The Fluffiest Good Boy on the Block!

Looking for a gentle, loyal, and low-key companion? Finn might just be your perfect match! This handsome White German Shepherd is around 2–3 years old and has the sweetest soul you’ll ever meet. He came into foster care in rough shape—underweight and covered in infected wounds—but through it all, he never stopped being kind, calm, and incredibly resilient. Today, Finn is fully healed, filled out, and ready for a fresh start with a family who will love him as much as he loves his belly rubs!

What is great about Finn: Low-to-Medium Energy: Happy with a daily 2-mile walk or jog, then content to lounge nearby. Manners Included: Crate trained, housebroken, leash trained, and knows “Sit,” “Shake,” and “Wait” (still working on that last one!). Friendly Soul: Gets along great with other dogs and older kids (13+). He's gentle, respectful, and loves a good cuddle session. Cat-Compatible: He’ll chase a cat if it runs, but he's coexisting peacefully with two dog-savvy cats in his foster home.

Perfect Sidekick: Not into fetch or toys? No problem—his favorite game is tag, and he’ll melt in your hands for belly rubs.

Storm Strategy Expert: Finn is a bit noise-sensitive and doesn’t love thunder or fireworks. He prefers curling up in a small, enclosed space—like a bathroom—rather than his crate to ride it out calmly.

Personality Snapshot: Finn is calm, affectionate, and a bit of a goofball. He’s more of a follower than a leader when it comes to other dogs, but with people, he’ll gently push for attention (and might test the waters a little to get more snuggles). He responds beautifully to consistency and structure—and he really just wants to be near his people. Whether you're working from home or relaxing in the evening, he’s the kind of dog who will quietly stay by your side, happy just to be included.

His Ideal Home: Finn would thrive in a home with: A family (or individual) committed to giving him structure, patience, and love as well as older kids or adults (due to his size and occasional attention-seeking behavior), other dogs and/or confident cats (he respects boundaries and settles well).

First-time GSD owners—he’s a great introduction to the breed!
