Meet Esme:
Hello friends. They are calling me Esme. I was rescued from the City of San Antonio shelter.
Now that I’m out of the shelter, I’m hoping to be adopted quickly so I can be one of those spoiled dogs who has at least 3 doggie beds, one in the living room, one in the bedroom and one on the veranda. You do have a veranda right?
Spoiler alert! I won’t be using any of the dog beds, because I’ll be in the people bed right!?! *wink wink*
I am a very sweet girl. At the shelter I spent a lot of my outdoor time hanging out beside or in the kiddie pool.
I get along with dogs, cats, and people. I am food motivated. Aren’t we all?
I also walk well on a leash. The volunteers say I must have definitely been somebody’s pet at one time because I’m so very well behaved. However did I end up in San Antonio on the euth list.
I do seek affection and attention. I’m calm most of the time but get
very excited when I know I am going to go somewhere or go outside but then calm down quickly.
What my Foster Family says about me: “She would be a great pet for an older couple or someone who doesn’t want really high energy dog, but she still has a lot of good miles left. She’s absolutely gorgeous. Her fur is beautiful.”
You hear that! I’m beautiful and have low mileage.
