Eden is a sweet and gentle German Shepherd youngster.
Eden is approximated 9 to 10 months old and pretty well behaved. She does not jump or mouth and will take treats very gently. She sits patiently and waits for the “ok” release command before eating her breakfast and dinner.
Eden is crate trained and house trained. She has not been around children in her foster home but we feel that she would be fine with older children. She has also not been around cats in her foster home. She enjoys chasing after Kong Jumbler Balls, snuggling on the couch, rolling around on the floor for belly rubs or playing with the other dogs in her foster home.
Eden is at times uncomfortable with fast movements or things that may be new to her and will react with a sense of fear by excessively barking. She can also be a bit timid at first, keeping close to her people for reassurance. Once she feels comfortable and at ease, her playful and fun-loving side comes out. We feel that Eden would do well in a calm, quiet environment with a GSD savvy family that will nurture her gentle temperament as she grows, while building her confidence through love, training and socialization.
With patience and consistency, Eden has the potential to become a well mannered companion dog. If Eden sounds like she'd be the perfect match for your new family member, please fill out an Application.
