Meet Cash

There are many ways to describe handsome. Do I conjure up images of a guy riding a horse down the beach with my hair flowing in the wind, or maybe you add a last name McDreamy as a nickname, but I prefer the word snack because it has a double meaning.

I was living with a family for my entire life and was recently surrendered. It was sad huggin my family and watching them drive away.

In my previous home, I lived with two other dogs, and I also had my very own child, a little boy.  I was very thrilled to find out that Foster Mom too has a child, a grandchild, of the same age as my little boy. I love kids!

I was not thrilled at first that Foster Mom had other dogs. But after a 2-week warm up, I now feel much relaxed around her female dog and the other young male foster dog here.

I love going on walks with the boy dog. Butttttt, if I had to choose between them, I would totally give the lady dog a rose. I do play with both of them. They even showed me how to go counter surfing! It is a no no, but Foster Mom was happy that I was relaxed and felt comfortable enough to engage in the mischiefs.

As a long-haired boy, I will require brushing and grooming for my bouffant. Foster Mom took me to the salon, and we got me cleaned up, good and fluffy. Good thing, because I needed to be slick and presentable for the neighborhood visitors. I LOVE visitors and meeting new humans.

I haven’t lived with cats, but the chicks really dig me. That is a joke to lead into the fact that Foster Mom took me for a car ride to the Tractor Supply store. I loved watching the baby chicks. Since I showed curiosity and fascination rather than a need to chase, Foster Mom thinks I might could get accustomed to a kitty.

One of the volunteers says my long muzzle reminds her of the late 80’s sitcom dude named ALF except for me, ALF stands for Adorable Long and Fluffy! I will require some initial patience as I am a highly intelligent life form and will need a brief warm up as I get acquainted to my new surroundings. Moving can be confusing! I will be very happy once I don’t have to move ever again.
