| Klaus is about 2 years old, neutered, current on shots and Heart worm negative. Klaus is now much better mannered than when he first came. He listens and wants to please. He has adjusted to his crate and now goes right in when its bed time, a treat helps inspire him to crate-up. He is very smart, an excellent watch dog and his bark will alert and most people would not question him. Once someone comes in the yard he is all about play. He loves walks, but does still pull and is very strong. He does listen when corrected and would enjoy training. He is much better with the smaller dogs now, but best with another dog his size with whom he can play rough and all out chase. He wants to be near his person and will follow me from room to room. He is classic German Shepherd and will make someone an exceptional companion. He does need to go to a home that understands the GSD temperment and who will be the alpha of the family. |
